AurimGold accepts Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH on ERC-20), and Tether USDT on both TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks. We recommend USDT TRC-20 for the fastest confirmation times and lowest network fees. All wallet addresses are unique per investor per transaction.
After initiating your bank wire, log into your investor portal and submit your transfer confirmation document or SWIFT reference number. Always include your unique AurimGold reference code in the memo or payment reference field. Without this code, matching your payment may be delayed.
First, check your transaction status on a blockchain explorer using your TXID. If the required confirmations have been reached and your investment portal still shows pending, contact our support team with your TXID, the amount sent, and your registered email. We resolve all payment issues within 24 business hours.
AurimGold charges no deposit fees. For cryptocurrency payments, standard blockchain network fees (gas fees) apply and are payable by the sender. For bank wire transfers, your sending bank may charge an international transfer fee — this is outside our control. We receive and credit the full net amount deposited.
Yes. AurimGold accepts bank transfers in USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SGD, and other currencies on request. All investments are denominated and tracked in USD for consistency. Currency conversion at the prevailing exchange rate is applied automatically when your transfer is received in a non-USD currency.
